What we process and why

We process your first and last name, email address, phone number, the language of the form, and technical data sent with the form (IP address, browser user-agent, date and time) on the basis of your consent under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Purposes: registration for the opening of the Association of Author Hotels on 5 December 2026, issuing and emailing your ticket, checking tickets at the entrance, and contacting you about the event. We do not use your data for advertising.

How we process it

Processing is automated. Data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation and is not transferred abroad. It is processed on our behalf only by our hosting provider ([хостинг-провайдер: наименование, ИНН]) and email service ([почтовый сервис: наименование, ИНН]). We keep the data until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 6 months after the event, or until you withdraw your consent; the data is then destroyed within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask to correct, block or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
